The GLT-AB Series, Loose Tube cable has a UV stabilised polyethylene jacket and an outer nylon 12 termite barrier. This makes it suitable for duct and direct burial applications.
For a termite proof Fibre cable with a sacrificial PE jacket the GLT-AG Series, Loose Tube cable is also available. It is designed primarily for outdoor applications such as a trunk, distribution or feeder cable for local loop, metropolitan and long haul applications.
If rodent proof installations are required, the GLT-AZB Series, Loose Tube cable has non-metallic design, making it suitable for use near power cables and in areas of high lightning strike rates.
The GLT-RC Series, is a fire rated Loose Tube Optical Fibre cable. It is perfect for use in indoor optical fibre systems, where circuit integrity is required in the event of a fire.
For an Indoor/Outdoor Tight Buffer cable, the GTB-AC Series, features 900 micron tight buffered optical fibres with aramid strength members and a low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) jacket.
Garland’s FOBOTs are available in both fixed and slide out options. Plus they come in a modern powder coated black finish and are supplied with all ancillary components. If you add Garland through adapters, pigtails and patch cords, you are ready to get connected to your fibre backbone.
